Every candidate must have at least a High School diploma or GED, and a minimum of 1 year of successful customer service and/or call center experience.

The process could take over an hour for you to complete the Call Center Assessments (an internet search of call center assessments is very helpful in preparing for these tests) and an Interview.  Please bring your updated resume and identification demonstrating your legal authority to work in USA.
